We're looking for a Delivery Manager to coordinate the end-to-end execution of small and large-scale App Promotion campaigns, from strategic planning through creative implementation and analysis, across multiple channels.
From data to design, strategy to development, you are a master operator with a strong track record for executing campaigns and delivering results. Creating documentation and efficient, scalable systems and processes are your things.

What You'll Do
- 'Design' & 'Deploy' marketing campaigns in close collaboration with clients and publishers.
- Manage a campaign calendar which evolves with business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work.
- Analyse spend data, track campaign success metrics, internal budget requirements, and partners’ plans to develop campaign strategies and plans aligned with business goal.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Central Ops and city operating teams as a primary point.
- Maintain business relation with Advolt’s affiliates and other media partners.
- Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience campaign management, affiliate marketing managing high-impact marketing campaigns from start to finish, on time and within budget.
- Highly organized, with the skills to juggle many tasks at once without losing sight of the highest priority items.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability of various tools & processes to execute campaigns at scale, understands challenges and risks.
- Ability to digest complex concepts and work across multiple functions and teams.
- Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently or in a group setting.
- Past experience in both marketing or operations is a plus.
